Tari began working with PackPro in 2025 as a Grooming Consultant. With over 35 years of hands-on grooming experience and a Certified Master Groomer, she brings unparalleled expertise to pet care facilities looking to elevate their grooming operations.

As a PackPro consultant, Tari works both on-site and virtually with facilities across the U.S. She assists facilities with groomer and salon efficiency, groom quality, client relations, standard operating procedures, and integrating grooming services into existing operations. Her expertise, practical experience, and commitment to excellence in grooming continues to make a significant impact in the pet care industry. Her work helps facilities provide the highest level of service, creating a more profitable and professional grooming department.

Throughout her career, Tari has built, scaled, and successfully sold four independent grooming salons, each transitioned to groomers she mentored along the way. From 2015 to 2025, she owned and operated a full-service pet resort offering daycare, boarding, and grooming, giving her unique insight into how grooming integrates with broader facility operations. Her teaching experience at two Minnesota grooming schools and her mentorship of dozens of apprentice groomers reflects her commitment to raising industry standards.
