Co-Founder
Dan Poirier is a visionary entrepreneur and co-founder of both PackPro Training and Fetch n’ Catch. As a co-founder of PackPro Training, Dan has played a pivotal role in developing an innovative online training system specifically designed for dog daycare facilities. Under Dan’s leadership, PackPro Training has become a trusted resource for dog daycare facilities across the country.
Through PackPro, Dan also works as a consultant for the pet industry, providing on-site assistance to pet care facilities. He has collaborated with organizations across the United States and Canada, offering his expertise to improve their company culture & leadership, systems, processes, effectively manage cash flow/finances, and implement best practices. Dan’s personalized guidance has helped numerous facilities elevate their standards and achieve greater success.
In 2012, Dan co-founded Fetch n’ Catch LLC, Buffalo, NY’s largest pet care facility. Together with his cousin Mallory, Dan has grown Fetch n’ Catch from a small operation into a thriving business that employs over 50 staff members and cares for over 200 dogs daily. Fetch n’ Catch offers a comprehensive range of services across their sprawling 25,000 sq. ft. campus including dog daycare, enrichment daycare, a variety of training programs, grooming salon, and overnight boarding. Dan & Mallory have worked tirelessly to establish Fetch n’ Catch as a trusted and leading pet care provider in the community.
Dan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Akron. He lives in Buffalo, NY with his wife Christina, son Luke, and their black lab, Moira.
