Michelle joined the PackPro team in 2024 as our Sales & Support Manager, bringing with her a strong background in marketing and customer relations. Previously, she served as a Marketing Manager for a national restaurant chain, where she honed her skills in customer engagement, brand promotion, and sales strategy. Now, she applies that expertise to helping dog daycare facilities discover how PackPro can elevate their staff training process.

In her role, Michelle is dedicated to assisting our clients with support inquiries, managing new enrollments, and ensuring a seamless experience for all PackPro users. She plays a key role in both client relations and sales, providing guidance to new and existing members while fostering strong industry connections. If you visit our booth at industry trade shows, you’ll likely find Michelle there, answering questions, providing live demonstrations, and showcasing how PackPro can enhance staff education and facility operations.
