Sam began working with PackPro in 2021 as a Dog Handling & Staff Training Consultant. She brings her extensive expertise in dog training and behavior to the forefront, and her mission is to improve the relationships between dogs and their handlers through mutual understanding. 

As a PackPro consultant, Sam works both on-site and virtually with facilities across the U.S. She assists these facilities with a range of needs, from addressing challenging dog behaviors to refining new dog evaluation processes and general dog & staff training. Her expertise, practical experience, and commitment to excellence in dog behavior and training continues to make a significant impact in the pet care industry. Her work helps facilities provide the highest level of service, creating a safer and more enjoyable environment for both dogs and their handlers.

In addition to her role at PackPro, Sam serves as the Head Trainer and Staff Development Coach at Fetch n’ Catch in Buffalo, NY. She specializes in understanding and managing dog behavior, ensuring that each dog in the facility receives the best care possible for their specific needs. Sam’s role involves working closely with the staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, particularly in handling challenging dogs and conducting new dog evaluations. Her hands-on approach and dedication to staff development have been instrumental in maintaining the high standards of care that Fetch n’ Catch is known for.

Sam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Behavior, and is a CGC Evaluator as well as an AKC Trick Dog Evaluator. She shares her home with a pack of 5 Labrador Retrievers, and 1 French Bulldog.
