Who We Are

When we opened our flagship facility in 2012, we had no idea it would become what it is today – a 25,000 sq. ft. operation serving 250 dogs daily, with a team of over 60 professionals. But more than that, we never imagined facilities from across the country would start sending their teams to Buffalo to learn from what we’ve built.

That’s why we created PackPro. After years of consulting and hosting visiting teams, we realized the industry needed something better than inconsistent training and generic advice. We built the platform we wish had existed when we were starting out – comprehensive, practical, and proven in the real world where it matters most.

Our purpose is simple: elevate this industry. That means safer playgroups where dogs thrive, staff who feel confident and valued in their work, and owners who trust their dogs are in expert hands. When facilities succeed, everyone wins. The dogs get better care, the teams build real careers, and the whole industry moves forward.

Everything we teach comes from proven results and real-world experience as facility owners. We don’t offer theories or shortcuts… just methods that work when you’re managing hundreds of dogs and dozens of employees. If we haven’t done it ourselves, we don’t teach it.

Monitor Each Employees Progress

Each employee will go through their course individually, allowing them to learn at their own pace rather than in a group setting. Each chapter is a combination of video, followed by a quiz, as well as hands-on exercises to practice their new skills! The Facility Dashboard allows your facility Owner, Manager, or Supervisor to track each employee’s progress!
