Co-Founder

Mallory Poirier is an innovative entrepreneur and co-founder of both PackPro Training and Fetch n’ Catch. Beginning as a veterinary assistant over 15 years ago, Mallory has become a recognized and driving force in the pet industry. She is an advocate for both dog and employee wellbeing, and has dedicated her career to improving standards and best practices nationwide.

Through PackPro, Mallory offers guidance, support, and hands-on training to pet care businesses across the United States. Her consulting work focuses on effective group management, dog handling, new dog evaluations, and employee training. To further this mission, Mallory created the PackPro Online Training program, which provides comprehensive training and resources for handlers. Under her leadership, PackPro Training has become a trusted resource for dog daycare centers aiming to enhance their staff’s skills and ensure a safer, more enjoyable environment for dogs and staff. Mallory has had the honor of presenting her insights and experiences at many conferences nationwide, speaking to audiences on topics ranging from team building and leadership to best practices in pet care.

In 2012, Mallory co-founded Fetch n’ Catch, the largest dog daycare facility in Buffalo, NY. This venture has developed into a thriving business, employing over 50 staff members and providing exceptional care for more than 200 dogs daily. Mallory’s commitment to creating a safe and engaging environment for the dogs AND staff at her facility has been the cornerstone of Fetch n’ Catch’s success. Together with her cousin Dan, Mallory has worked tirelessly to establish Fetch n’ Catch as a leading pet care provider in the community.

Outside of her professional life, Mallory shares her home with her loving partner, their three beautiful children, a playful Mini Schnauzer, and a cat. She has a passion for cooking and enjoys creating things from scratch. One of her greatest joys is watching her children explore different activities and discovering what they enjoy the most. Her family loves spending time together and making lasting memories.
